It’s been a while, so I thought it was time to catch you up on my latest news. My second children’s novel, Spirit of Summerwood, will be published in the spring of 2022! As I mentioned earlier, it takes place at a horseback riding camp in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, and has some history, a mystery, and, of course, lots of horses. I hope you enjoy it, and as always I’d love to hear from you! Now I’m working on a picture book about a special pony called Patches, and an adventure novel for teenagers featuring the wild horses of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta. I’ll keep you posted on all three stories, so don’t forget to check back. And thanks for keeping in touch!
Wonderful. I’m from Cole Harbour, so I’ll be watching for the book.

Thank you, Diane! I set my fictional horse camp at the Cole Harbour Heritage Park, where there used to be a barn. I always thought it would be the perfect spot for a stable 🙂
